Forever I KNOW!

Hello Hello! I know it has been beyond forever but I am going to do my absolute best to write a whole lot more now that this lapband process has really started.

Lets see I did really well in school this semester I got a 3.7 :) so exciting! This next semester will be crazy due to the fact that I am taking a total of 20 hours yikes!

Christmas was great we were in Dallas with my brothers and their families! Although Matt and I were apart it made us grow even stronger. We promised eachother that this was our last Christmas spent apart!

New Years was amazing! Matt and I got all done up and went out in College Station to dinner and drinks! We did it all event he champange toast! It was one of the best nights of my life and according to Matt I never stopped smiling.

So on December 17th I went to my first appointment to see if I was really going to get lapband and well I AM! On January 2nd I started my pre-op diet and it has been hard! Especially when everyone around me is consuming wendys, pizza, candy and everything else that I CAN'T HAVE! It has taken all the will power I have and I have slipped up a little but I have already dropped 4.5 pounds!!! My surgery is next thursday Jan. 15th and I am nervous. My parents have been great and so has Matt and he is going to be right there with me when I go under the knife!

2009 has huge things in store for me and Matt both! Both of us are graduating, getting jobs, getting a place together, me and my lapband and who knows maybe an engagement?!

I cannot wait to see how this whole year goes life is taking a huge turn and I am more than ready!!!!!!
